Dear all,
Salim Ali Centre for Ornithology and Natural History has started a
Population survey of synanthropic bird species of India and we are
looking for 3 volunteer for its Telangana component.
Duration: maximum One to Two months. Work starts from first week of
January 2019
Honorarium :₹10,000 /month.
Accomodation and local travel expenses shall be borne by the project.
Project Title: Assessing the population status of synanthropic bird species
of India, including House Sparrow and House Crow, and their response to
urbanization.
Requirements:
1. Should know the local language (Telugu).
2. Should have valid driving licence for two wheelers with gears.
3.Interest or experiences in birding and traveling.
Duties : To assist research biologist in systematic data collection in
field.
