Subject: The Living Museum, an illustrated book on urban biodiversity
To: YETI <meet.yeti@xxxxxxxxx>

Dear YETI members,

I'm happy to share news of an illustrated book on urban biodiversity titled The
Living Museum <http://cafeoikos.wordpress.com/book/>, co-created by Ishika
Ramakrishna, Manini Bansal, Janhavi Rajan, Studio Babakiki and I.

The book imagines nature in the city as though it were a museum of living
exhibits. It is arranged as a tour through different 'halls' of the museum,
led by a jumping spider. The book ends with sections on the ways that urban
biodiversity is changing, on how you can observe nature around you and help
monitor it, and on a few people whose work closely ties to nature in the
city.

We hope you will help us in spreading the word about the book.

You can read an excerpt from the book here
<https://roundglasssustain.com/books/the-living-museum>. All proceeds will
go towards translating the book to Kannada.
