Dear all,
We invite you to fill up this form (link below) for submitting your
intention to volunteer for SCCS-Bengaluru 2018 (Conference Dates : 27-30
September 2018).
We hope to select a team of about 45 volunteers this year.
Deadline for filling form : 26 July 2018 (23:55h IST)
*Please note:*
1) Individuals based in Bangalore will be preferred. This is important as
volunteers will be required to attend at least 3-4 meetings for smooth
coordination of our efforts. These meetings will be conducted in the
lead-up to the conference.
2) The final list of short-listed volunteers will be decided by July-end,
based on the first two volunteer-meetings.
3) We will allocate various tasks (core & secondary volunteers) during the
first volunteer meeting (expected to be held on 27th July (5pm) at CES,
IISc). Please try to NOT miss this meeting if you'd like to join the team
this year.
4) All further communications regarding volunteering will be restricted to
individuals filling up this form so as to avoid spamming people.
