This is the last call for interested candidates. Please revert to both
Sahila AND Priya by the 19th of November 2014.
There is a volunteering opportunity for small mammal sampling in northeast
India starting last week of November 2014. Field work involves laying out
traps to survey for small mammal (rodents and shrews) diversity in the
forests of Meghalaya for a period of 3 months. The fieldwork is part of a
Master's dissertation project, and the volunteer will be working with the
Master's student in gathering data. There is scope for some extra work if
the volunteer so desires.
Candidates with previous field experience are preferred.
