Looking at the need of small seed funding that can help and encourage the
student and early career reasearchers to take up priority conservation
challenges in India and deliver tangible results to better conserve nature,
VNC has come up with the fellowship to support project and provide training
to early career leaders from India.
VNC's Nature Conservation Fellowship supports reasearch and conservation
projects by providing funds to students and reasearchers to respond to
nature conservation issues in India. VNC provides eligible individuals with
support between the ranges of INR 50,000 to INR 75,000 over a period of
6-10 months for undertaking conservation/research work with VNC.
The fellowship is open to Indian nationals (who must also be an Indian
residence) below 30 years of age.
