LEAP (Learning, Employability and Progress), is a New Delhi based skill
development organization founded with the vision of providing employment
opportunities to young people in tier 2 and tier 3 cities across India.
Founded in 2013 by Oxford and LSE alumnus Megha Aggarwal and Ankit Durga,
who has worked with startups like Zomato and Happily Unmarried, LEAP now
operates in more than 15 institutes across Haryana. LEAP has worked with
more than 2000 students and is now looking to expand its footprint to
Rajasthan, Punjab and Uttarakhand as well.
To fuel this growth, the company raised funds from the Menterra Social
Impact Fund, an early-stage social impact fund along with the Artha Venture
Challenge, an initiative of Rianta Capital Zurich.
We are now looking for someone to join the leadership team as the Associate
Director of Programs. Directly reporting to the CEO, you will be a key
stakeholder in designing the overall strategy for the business, ensuring
quality and sustainability at scale.
