There are some changes coming up. There will no longer be Friday
sessions or roundtables. There will still be three days of roundtables:
Tuesday February 18, Wednesday February 19, and Thursday February
20.Wednesday and Thursday will be main-program days; Tuesday will be the
super session, at which, in 2020, we will make a movie, shooting it in
the morning, doing post in the afternoon, and distributing it in the
evening.
As usual, there are no deadlines for the roundtables, but, once we fill
up, there can be no more.Also as usual, the roundtables are concurrent
each day; there is no vetting process (only topic-title length matters);
retreat registration is required, and there is no speakers discount
associated with just the roundtables (but main-program speakers, who get
the discount, are welcome to roundtables); and proposed roundtable
monitors must submit requests themselves.
