Well, here's some hope.

Advertises that with 2X2 MIMO and 8 MHz channels, it will go up to 157 Mb/s.
But the whole spec sheet is very flaky. Confusing mention of 8-VSB as the only
scheme from a 75 ohm antenna lead, plus no mention of H.265 compression.

has recently release a ATSC 3.0 Tuner Kit that is capable of picking up ATSC
3.0 signal directly from broadcast towers."
This is a "prosumer" kit, for $2000. Still, maybe something cheaper should be
expected soon?
Not much out there yet, nor did I see anything interesting out of CES 2020,
aside from a few built-in receivers in a very few top of the line TV sets.
