This is just another example of corruption and greed going too far for its own
good. It happens all the time, and it will also have consequences in the
mid-term elections. People are not nearly as stupid or as uninformed, as some
politicians and some of their appointees think. People see when the scoundrels
work against the people's interests, and they will strike back. Even in spite
of this FCC trying to prevent PEOPLE from doing what they have every right to
do, by forbidding states from writing their own neutrality rules.
Attempting to stack the deck, with reckless abandon, as this FCC is doing, only
encourages people to become more ingenious. Furthermore, if the Republicans in
Congress are dumb enough to side with this level of corruption at the FCC, you
know they will suffer the consequences, come November.
We have checks and balances in this country. The FCC's attempt to thwart those
checks and balances can only backfire. The scoundrels have to be booted out.
Courts, do the right thing.
