Obviously more than you do Bert.

These ads are not video streams. They are built from still image sprites and
vector graphics. It is possible to accelerate the vector graphics on some GPUs,
but for the most part, Flash Player depends on the CPU.

There was an effort to create a standard for vector graphic acceleration in the
mid 2000's called Open VG. It would have accelerated Flash vector graphics, but
the effort was abandoned in 2010.
