This FCC Chairman is! The only Chairman ever to be.
I am against a rogue FCC commission deciding arbitrarily in 2015
that they had an authority that federal courts had determined
that the FCC did not have.
There's nothing more rogue than an FCC against telecom neutrality. The courts
are the ones who told Wheeler how he had to go about opposing the providers,
when they blocked or degraded users, John. That's because, from 2002 to 2015,
the FCC kept trying to make the broadband ISPs behave, and failing.
There's nothing rogue about doing what the courts said, plus no indication that
Congress found this against their previous acts mandating neutrality, plus
millions of e-mails written to the FCC in support of mandated neutrality.
Sorry, John. You have no case.
