It's not something that deserves special accolades. Furthermore, the misuse of common terms is, to me, a clear sign of cluelessness. IPTV refers to a specific set of tools used for creating something beyond merely browsing the web for content. The fact that IPTV gets misused by so many shows only that they haven't done their homework. Not very impressive.
