This guy is supposed to be a college professor. He sound more like a snowflake
who never learned to research his fact before he makes an ass out of himself.
All the points, including how classification of ISP occurred in an era where
access to them was via Title II telephone lines.
He got some point correct and some points completely wrong. Especially what
happened after 2000.
And like so many others who are playing the fear mongering cord, he completely
ignores the fact that it is the Edge Providers who are not neutral...
