Is it just me, or have others of you had the same type of troubling experience with E-MU's so called technical support function as I have had? I have never before had to deal with such arrogance and as condescending a manner as I have had to put-up with from the E-MU support people. I really do believe that they have absolutely no concept whatsoever of the meaning of the words "customer service". It appears that their Tech Support people must be being trained by the unfriendly folks at Voyetra/Turtle Beach.
