Dumping? Says who? They simply avoided the overhead costs any brick and mortar 
bookseller has. The government didn't go after them, as the government is also 
not going after OTT sites. No one prevents anyone else from doing business over 
the Internet, Craig. Amazon is but one site we use, and yes, they have 
fine-tuned their operation to the hilt.

Not sure what you're referring to. But as you already know, I have a thing 
about conflict of interests. If Apple was looking to create some walled empire 
of hardware and content, I know that once upon a time even you would have been 
vociferously opposed.
