There was rampant fraud in this program during the Obama administration.
Widespread reports of people getting multiple “Obama phones.” Anyone who
actually qualifies for these subsidies can easily appeal and get their
subsidies.
And is anyone suppressed that a government managed database has errors in it,
or otherwise fails to support its intended purpose?
Remember the Obamacare Exchange rollout?
Or the many failings of the background check database used to approve gun
purchases?
As usual, Engadget focuses on the small percentage of people negatively
affected, rather than the large percentage of fraud.
