So the mantra from Bert remains the same.
Bert fails to take into consideration a very important FACT - 25/3 broadband
service is not cheap. As this level of service is deployed in rural areas the
homes that are willing to pay are likely to sign up quickly. Even when this
service is deployed there will be many homes that do not subscribe.
Maybe 25/3 broadband should be another constitutional right like free college...
