TV Technology posted a comprehensive story about the Senate Commerce
Committee Vote on the Spring '07 Analog Shut-off.

There is more work to be done on the bill before final markup for full
Senate vote. Does anyone know if this reconciles with the House committee
version? Or is that yet to be hashed out?
