The following article provides some interesting data about "the App Economy"
and the growing importance of HTML5. The article seems to forces on operating
systems, but includes HTML5, presumably as all of the OSes mentioned can
support it via their browsers. For some reason, Flash is not mentioned,
although it provides an alternative to HTML5. Perhaps this is because it no
longer captures a significant share of developer attention.
