Interesting observation/interpretation by Linda K. Moore, Analyst in 
Telecommunications Policy for CRS (Congressional Research Service, part 
of The Library of Congress). Last Page of the report indicates March 1, 
2006 is the start of a "Moratorium on analog TV sales of sets 25" - 36" 
(FCC rule). From there on forward we have a March 1, 2007 date as the 
start of a "Moratorium on all analog TV sales (FCC rule).

Does CEA know that this? Or (perhaps) could the author of this report 
have a few facts wrong?
