This is particularly of note:

I hope the Supreme Court sees this and understands what it says.

So, instead of competing over today's available media, which should be expected 
to change from those of past centuries, Moonves took this gift from the Supreme 
Court to stifle competition and perpetuate last century's necessary 
monopolistic, walled garden transmission media.
