There is only one open question that I can see, with respect to this tuner: is that front end AGC stage tuned or is it broadband? Other than that: The noise figure for OTA, at 6 dB, is just fine. The total AGC adjustment range, at 94 dB, is excellent. The fact that the RF amp's AGC range is 55 dB is excellent. (The rest being provided by the IF AGC.) The sensitivity, roughly between -85 and -86 dBm, is excellent. The rejection of adjacent channels and beyond is excellent. Seems like a contender.
