[opendtv] Re: New PrimeDTV PHD-100 OTA STB

There have been some meaningful laboratory tests.  The fol briefly summarizes 
discussion we had in mid-Dec.
CRC conducted tests on the LG/Zenith 5th Generation Prototype STB, as well as 
Samsung GEMINI and Linx/Micronas Prototype CASPER chips:

ATI submitted A/74 Field Ensemble test results for their latest chip(s) (e.g. 
Theater) in fol comment re SHVERA ILLR improvment discussion:

In support of the SHVERA ILLR improvement discussion, the FCC sponsored a test, 
which included a handful of OTA STBs and HDTVs:

I believe that the best performing STBs were probably from LG and at least some 
of the other units were from ATI, based on correlation with  LG and ATI test
