Disney already had an insignificant number of O&Os (wrt the 39 percent national cap they have at their disposal), and the condition placed on the sale of this tiny number of O&Os is that they remain affiliated with the ABC network. To the OTA consumer like me, this says merely that Disney prefers to outsource all of its TV content distribution. It by no means implies that Disney wants to get out of the OTA delivery medium. Outsourcing to another company for the OTA distribution is more like what the European OTA networks do. Bert _________________________________________________________________ Talk to your Yahoo!
