[opendtv] Second experimental HDTV trial period in France

says that a second trial period for HDTV over DTT in France has been
authorized. The trial period this time rund from 18 September 2006 to 8
January 2007. Still in the same three cities, Paris, Lyon, and
Marseille, and still two program streams over one 8 MHz multiplex in
each city.
