Just to belabor this point unnecessarily:
That is simply misleading advertising, having nothing to do with the neutrality
expectation of our telecom services. It would always have been something under
FTC jurisdiction. All users of that telecom service are treated the same way,
after the subscriber reaches a certain data cap. Netflix, Hulu, FB, YouTube,
Aunt Molly, makes no difference. Not a neutrality issue. Just as, your service
plan, so many b/s up and downstream, is also not a neutrality issue.
Does our FCC get this much?
