I would suggest that Aloha is a speculator pretending to be interested 
in operating a two way mobile Internet service. Will be very surprised 
if they actually do more than a demo. Most of the bidders in Auctions 44 
and 49 were speculators. Even Qualcomm was more interested in using its 
funny money, credit won in court from the FCC, than in an actual 
operation. They don't believe that much in what they are doing but may 
be surprised. Expect them to find partners and spin off this venture ASAP.
