There is no teaser. These guys ripped off MythTV ( http://www.mythtv.org ) and stuck it in a PC with a couple of PCI cards. Heck, they couldn't even figure out how to change the default MythTV skin from the looks of their MediaReady PDF sheet. The platform looks hodge-podged together. There is not even interface uniformity across the various open source applications they have cobbled together). H.264 provided by Mplayer/VLC with x264 libraries, etc. Sigh. As per the GPL licensing of the open source apps they are using, they are supposed to make the source code available on their site. I note that their download section has no downloads. Nice. I *detest* companies that can't even admit that they are using open source software as their main platform (I see that MythTV+plugins has been renamed to 'MediaREADY').
