Don't you expect a *guarantee* of neutrality from your post office,
Absolutely the wrong analogy, Bert. When I want to get a package to someone
faster, I pay more. When I want to get a package to someone cheaper, it gets
there slower. When a company wants to mail junk ads to me and 10,000 of my
closest friends, they presort the mail into postal routes and pay a much
lower rate than I can ever get for my mail.
Where's your neutrality?
Big smile...
By the way, I cannot ship beer via the U.S. Postal Service - so both blocking
AND throttling...
Regards
Craig
