OCMR MEMBERS:
Let’s return to the beginning.
My first prediction came early Tuesday afternoon before any precincts
closed.
I sent a numerical prediction for the Electoral College to 50 of my
email friends.
Instead of adding a couple dozen more OCMR individuals,
I took the easy way out – hit the Freelist button.
Received some reasonable and some passionate comments from my friends
which resulted in developing a nice matrix of red/blue over/under “bets”
that has yet to select its “attaboy” winner.
Unfortunately, the OCMR response took a different tact.
It was though I had walked across neighbor Cratchety’s lawn.
I then began compiling a different set of predictions
which I now share with the OCMR Freelist group.
Harry’s second prediction(s):
1.that some email respondents will error and broadcast to the whole
string instead of a select group
2.that new voices will join in
3.that others will over react
4.that penalties could arise
5.that more banter follows
6.that the noise level rises
7.that this becomes a small tempest in a teapot
8.that outside authority (By-laws) is called upon to quell the disturbance
9. that in the end, the final result was as written:
"a valid topic to /enhance member communication."

Yes, in the end, OCMR members began emailing each other again.

PS:One last observation, while the fox exited the hen house with a full
belly,
this morning the farmer counted more hens than he had before.
