The clubhouse is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the old J.J. Newberry
building where the Chef’s Choice restaurant ( 1st floor ) is located on the
corner of 19th and Eye St.
The club entrance is located approximately 150' East, off of Eye St. on
South side of the Service Street Alley... which is midway between 19th &
20th Streets.
( look for the elevator on the South side of ally )

The building does not have heat, but it stays fairly warm. Dress warm, but
should not need heavy coats.
If you come in on 24th street (58/178) it turns into 23th street follow it
to EYE st. and turn right. After 2 blocks EYE ST. becomes one way (the right
way). In about two blocks you will see a road closed sign. They close EYE to
allow for outdoor eating. Just before you get to the sign there is parking
on both sides of EYE ST. Best to park there. The end of street block has a
left turn into an ally. That is where the entrance to the club is. About 75
FT. from corner on right side. It is just a freight elevator door. I will
try to be there for you.
The weather looks good, should not be a problem.
I think the only car requirements is that they have metal wheels. Avoid .88
wheels, .110 wheels run much better. This does NOT apply to our visit,
Milt asked me for some ideas for their March show.
Not sure about LED lighting kit. All the stuff on the lay is wired. I make
my own light boards for cars. Will be interesting to compare notes.

As for your car requirements for next March show,
consider Mantua "heavies"
or Bachmann Silver Series.
I believe they come with metal wheels.
Lastly, I'll bring a sample of a LED lighting kit
that Jake Holshuh and I created.
Kit features a LATCHING reed switch
so lights can be "waived" on and off with a magnet.
The magnet need not stay in place.
Kits allow car or building lighting.
Cars without taking track power or flickering.
Buildings can be buss lighted or use batteries.
A battery holder for 9 or 12 VDC is optional.
Will send you a photo of the "kit."
Cost is $7 each or three for $20 (w/o battery holders).
