I will send a synopsis/outline of the items depicted in the layout, some
preliminary images showing various scenes, (you have seen some of them
already (the Diamond Mine, the Ndebele village, the Cape-Dutch houses, and
the Kruger Park Rondavels etc)

The convention is September 8 to 11, 2021. We are planning to have
layouts open in the afternoons between noon and 5:00 pm. You do not need
to be open every day. The plan is there will be no clinics in the
afternoons so member can visit layouts. The convention is at the Irvine
Hilton next tote airport so it is close to you. I will give your
information to the layout managers and they should be contacting you. But
basically what we need is aids riptide of the layout size, and what you are
depicting. Also some information on access, and number of people can be in
the area at one time.

We've not met but a club member sent me notice of your DVD offer.
I am VP of Orange County Module Railroaders, OCMR.
We are approaching our 50th year and have 37 members plus a couple to add
in 2021.
We are not a FIXED base club where only a few members
would see your videos or need to come to our layout location to view them.
Rather, by our name, OCMR is modular and we travel.
We do train shows but much more, about 12-16 shows per year.
Our territory ranges from Palos Verdes to the Perris railroad museum.
*We bring trains to the public.*
This includes museums, home shows, Elks events,
Imaginology at the OC Fairgrounds, etc.
Adding a constant playing video of some of the
best layouts in our hobby would certainly
add interest and perhaps bring new railroaders into the hobby.
One of the options we try to include at most shows is KRT,
Kids Run Trains. We provide a throttle and train,
and our guests run around the layout.
