Well, there are several possibilities.
I'm asking for your comments regarding the following options.
These include ZOOM meetings, social distancing in a parking lot,
meeting at someone's home, park or office, etc
Your EBoard has conducted several meetings using ZOOM.
This has worked well, we get to see faces and hear voices.
A bit more cumbersome for large groups,
but the moderator can control this.
I've spoken to perhaps ten of you and there certainly
is common ground to meet under TBD circumstances.
Please take few minutes to respond.
Either use this email or write numbers down and comment by each.
Here are my questions:
Using ZOOM
1. Have you used ZOOM before?
2. ZOOM requires a cell phone or laptop with camera,
you download an APP or file, install and wait for the meeting.
Then you open the file, paste in the meeting ID and you're done.
Are you interested in doing this?
3. Should OCMR consider ZOOM for a member meeting?
In person possibilities:
4. Would you attend a group meeting if INdoors with social distancing and masks?
5. Would you attend a group meeting if OUTdoors with social distancing and masks?
6. What kind of get together should this be? (Yes/No for each.)
a. social gab session with no agenda
b. swap meet among ourselves
c. swap meet with outsiders
d. member meeting in SBVE parking lot or other outside location
e. social gathering in a park
f. picnic in a park, bring your own food
g. social gathering in a member back yard
h. other - you define
Time and day:
7. If a Saturday, what time block?
8. If a weekday, what start time?
9. What days would NOT work for you?
10. Is Sunday preferred over all other days?
How about a larger swap meet with social distancing and masks.
Last Saturday the O-gauge TTOS held a swap meet
in Placenta at Duke's restaurant parking lot.
I'm waiting for their president to get back to me.
Need to ask if they want more attendees or sellers for next time.

Anxious to learn your level of interest in these possibilities.
Try not to be cowed by the recent case uptick,
I suspect we'll learn these are among the young for
frolicking at beaches, bars and demonstrations.
If hospitalized at all, most are gone in a couple days
and all this may help with herd immunity.
Meanwhile, stay safe and keep practicing distancing.
