[projectaon] 04WotW final touches checked in/uploaded

I have now updated the 04wotw XML file with the correct dimensions
for alchemy.gif and checked it in. I have also uploaded all small
(i.e. powers) illustrations with the correct names here:

(In a while I will also upload the regenerated book to the sanctum.)
This is all I have planned to do for this book, as I don't think I
have all the necessary things to build the real download packages.
Or is there anything more I can do?
