[projectaon] A few things...

I'm finished with the first update of 04wotw but I noticed that my scripts
for building the books were out of date (compared to the ones Jon made more
than half a year ago... hrm) and I started a way to ambitious update of
them, so of course they (or at least gbtoxhtml.pl) don't work now. Too late
to continue for tonight, so maybe I'll upload the book tomorrow instead.
Things I was reminded of (Mostly questions from me to Jon, but what the
heck...):
- The license needs updating.
- We need a Paul Bonner bio.
- How prominently shall Paul Bonner's name appear? (I.e. in what tags?)
- If we shall use Paul's magical powers illustrations, we need to figure out
how to include them (some stylesheet magic).
- 04wotw doesn't have any small illustrations in the numbered sections. That
looks cheap. Shall we call for volunteering artists to submit us some, to
make the book look less empty?
- We only have an email address of the guy who notified us of Paul Bonner's
website. He should be credited. (I have messaged him.)
