[projectaon] Adjustments to the website

I hope to respond to more footnote issues tonight or tomorrow, but I
took a little time to make some changes to the website. With the first
anniversary of Brian Williams' death now past, I thought we should
remove the announcement from the front page. I replaced it with an
announcement of the publication of Trail of the Wolf:

To prevent his tribute page from getting lost to the public, I've
added a byline to the top of the Trail of the Wolf page as a test. If
this seems like a suitable solution, we can copy it to the other
pages.
