Fixed.
The xml files have been committed, and both the xhtml and xhtml-simple files are being uploaded to the relevant places of the /test/ area (currently at about 20% and steadily rising).
Books 1-7 are now clear of errata reports. Some of the Book 8 problems look a little involved, so rather than move on to those next, I'll post all the other foo-first issues which will hopefully clear those up once and for all. That might be tomorrow, or I might leave it until the weekend. I'll see how busy I am.
