Perhaps we could construct placeholder pages for each of these "intentional" missing links, or perhaps redirect them to the list of published books? Just a thought. ----- Original Message ---- From: Jonathan Blake <jonathan.blake@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: projectaon@xxxxxxxxxxxxx; scottenass@xxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, 8 January, 2009 4:10:12 Subject: [projectaon] Re: Broken link On Wed, Jan 7, 2009 at 8:45 AM, <pamail.cgi@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > The following was sent from the Project Aon contact form > From: Scott Nass scottenass@xxxxxxxxx > Date: 16:45:06 on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 > Subject: Broken link > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > > Just letting you know that at the bottom of > http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/fw/01hh/sskills.htm there is a link to > "Slaughter Mountain Run" pointing to > http://www.projectaon.org/en/xhtml/fw/02smr/title.htm, which leads to a 404 - > Not Found error. Am grateful for all your work on the site! Greetings Scott, Thank you for reporting this. We're aware of the broken link. We haven't published Slaughter Mountain Run yet, but the program we use to create these books isn't aware of this. It's not a perfect solution, but we just leave the dangling link where it is. Sorry to cause confusion. If you spot anything else, please don't hesitate to report it. Your eyes help us to find things that we've overlooked (maybe because we've spent too much time staring at the books).
