Perhaps we could construct placeholder pages for each of these "intentional" 
missing links, or perhaps redirect them to the list of published books?

Thank you for reporting this. We're aware of the broken link. We
haven't published Slaughter Mountain Run yet, but the program we use
to create these books isn't aware of this. It's not a perfect
solution, but we just leave the dangling link where it is. Sorry to
cause confusion.

If you spot anything else, please don't hesitate to report it. Your
eyes help us to find things that we've overlooked (maybe because we've
spent too much time staring at the books).
