Jon, the artist in question in actually Melvyn Grant, according to this site:

I've altered things accordingly. Still awaiting the final lot of scans.
Additionally, we have a release from Mr. Grant to use his work from HH -- I'm
not presently in a place where I've got access to the message, but a follow-up
could be sent about other cover art. [It might be a blanket release for
Project-Aon related matters, but it's been too long since I"ve read it.]
