Thank you for contacting us. I'm glad that you found the Rules
Handbook useful. Unfortunately, it had not received enough attention
by our volunteers who were busy working on other projects. After three
years of neglect, we've taken its listing off the website pending a
revamp. You can still find it here:

We haven't lost hope, though. We hope to eventually transform it into
a wiki-based extension to our website which would be easier to update.
If you're interested in helping, you would be providing a great
service to your fellow fans. Just contact me if you can help get this
