[projectaon] Deathlord

I don't know whether anyone else has noticed this, but the Deathlord tarbill
(maybe the zip too) uses a different directory structure to the once the Base
Package does. Deathlord is in a base directory called 'en' before the
xhtml/lw/17tdoi, which means the index file in the Base Package won't find it. I
can see the usefulness of an 'en' base directory for the books in future; will
the other 20 (!!) books be updated to use this?
Hopefully this is preemptive of anyone finding this error and posting away at
the Contact Form or the Forum.
