For those following this thread (Jon is already aware) the Wiki page is now
written: http://www.projectaon.org/en/Main/ElectronicBooks

The e-books are ready to be included across *all* published books and are
available at the project website. In time, I will remove the files in my
staff account.
LW #1 [1] already includes the links to some of the formats available (epub and
mobi)
and I have removed the link to the ePub files provided by John Broz (¡thanks
John!) as they are replaced by these new downloads.
Other Book pages will be updated (as time permits) to ilncude links to all of
the
e-books available.
