Thanks for taking the time to report this issue. The source xml file has been
updated to reflect this fix, and when we re-publish the book in the coming
months this will be fixed.
If you spot any other issues, please send them to us. We will be revising Books
8-17 as well as publishing new books in the near future, so we would like to get
as many issues as possible fixed before we republish 8-17.
