Well, I don't have the map sets, but I did save the samples of the maps and
the rear text that were available on Cubicle before they were removed. The
text mentions the "Mythenian Peninsula" and the "Mythenian Sea" several
times. I guess that the "Mhytenian Sea" on the Magnamund map was
misspelled, then.
What is less clear is what the people of Mhytan are called. The "Mythenish"
people are a race who also lives in Lissan, Chai, Bhanar and Vaduzhan. But
the people from Mhytan appears to be called "Mythenian". Here's a relevant
quote:
"The territories south of the Vaduzian Range remained within the Kingdom of
Vaduzhan which was centred on the ancient city of Vaduz, while the lands
and isles east of the Chai Behan became the principalities of Mhytan. The
merchant fleets of Mhytan have since become the largest in all Magnamund,
and Mythenian diplomats are renowned for their acumen and integrity."
Further in the text is also mentioned a "Mythenian diplomat" and a
"Mythenian merchant ship".
I think that "Mythenish" is the name of the race, and "Mythenian" is the
name of the people from Mhytan.

Hmm. And yet on the massive "World of Magnamund" Map it is definitely
spelled "Mhytenian". I know 'cos it's on my wall and I can see it from
here!
Does anyone have access to the Magnamund Maps Set for that area of the
world? I wonder how it's spelled on those.
