OK, so I've reneged on what I said about leaving this for a few days. But after much research and
deliberation, only FIVE "on to" issues remain! :-) :-)
This is a list of all of the outstanding on to vs. onto issues. The rest of them I've fixed/rejected
based on precedent and my understanding of the rule (thanks, Jon, Benjamin!). These few are all that
remain before the issue can finally be put to bed for all 36 books.

Getting this list finally complete will be most gratifying! And it also means that these will no
longer keep popping up as part of normal lists posted in this way. I am certainly looking forward to
bringing this particular global issue to a close--and much faster than I'd ever anticipated.
