Hi all,

Sorry I've been so quiet recently. Strange stuff happening at the end of
summer and the start of a new academic year have somewhat restricted my
PA time as of late. There are several outstanding e-mails that I fully
intend to reply to at some point, but I wanted to respond to this
question now.

My experience is that if you want feedback from a few people, or if you
want to start a discussion, then try to keep it to an absolute minimum.
Anyone who's been here for a while knows that I can get a tad lengthy
with my errata lists for the PDF documents, but Simon is usually the
only one to reply, and even then that's because he is the one who
maintains the file and has to implement the changes. Let's face it, who
really wants to read a list of minutiae about the serial comma?

Compare to this the overwhelming response to the *2* issues I raised in
August regarding Tabletop Heroes.

With this in mind, I would make the following suggestions:
- No more than 5 or so specific questions or issues per e-mail.
- Things should aim to be phrased in such a way that a reply merely
needs to choose either 'A' or 'B'.
- Wait until everything in one message is discussed, decided, and
resolved (and maybe a few days after that) before sending another.

My 2 Kika.
