Thanks for pointing this out. Actually, the FAQ file has now been incorporated
into the Lone Wolf Misc file, which is in a state of permanent revision, but the
most recent version can be downloaded here:

Work is temporarily stalled on the next edition of the file while we await some
photographs from a particular source.
Work is also progressing on a new version of the Project Aon website which
should make it easier to maintain and fix errors such as the one you spotted.
One of the main changes is the way in which downloads will work, making it
simpler to find and download files.
