Having said that, it seems like the photos are of widely varying
quality. Some are pretty pixelated. I was just wondering if there was
a reason for this.

Before, I ran the PDF through an optimisation process using the full version of
Acrobat; that seems to be what caused the pixelisation. This new, un-optimised
version is over 1Mb larger (sorry!), but does not seem to suffer from the
problem. I think?

BTW--some of the GW miniatures still bear the remains of some poor paint jobs;
I've done my best to disguise this, but sometimes the highlighted white detail
really stands out--this is beyond my control and/or meagre abilities, I'm afraid.
