You might also want to point out that the alternate title for Highway Holocaust in the US was "Freeway Warrior 1" (as reported in LWC Newsletter #14 in the spring of 1989), and the reason the US renamed it and Book 2 to "Mountain Run" was that the publishers considered the title too violent, despite the fact that Slaughter Mountain is a real location in the States.

Just a couple of thoughts.
