If you missed anything, I can't vouch for what it is. Don't own VotM, so 
no idea what the (c) date is there.

In the New Order story, I'd do 2 things:

1) recap intended order of publication, as listed in the FAQ.
2) Put out a call for OCR of New Order texts.

As regards progress on 17tdoi: once you've signed off on the currently 
submitted (er) list, there are several fixes that can get made in short 
order. That done, a new version can get posted to the EC.
